Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy Heavy Hearted Convos Inc. is committed to providing consistent, high-quality mentorship and programming for all participants. To ensure that our time, resources, and facilitators are respected, the following cancellation and no-show policy applies to all scheduled sessions. 24-Hour Cancellation Requirement Participants must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled mentorship session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session time will be considered late cancellations. No-Show Fee A $20 non-show fee will be charged if a participant: Fails to attend a scheduled session without notice, or Cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled session time This fee helps offset facilitator time and program costs that cannot be recovered on short notice. How to Cancel or Reschedule Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted via the designated scheduling platform or by direct communication with Heavy Hearted Convos staff (email or phone) at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Exceptions We understand that emergencies may occur. Fees may be waived at the discretion of Heavy Hearted Convos Inc. in cases of documented emergencies or extenuating circumstances. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in removal from the program. Acknowledgment of Policy By registering for or participating in Heavy Hearted Convos Inc. mentorship sessions, participants and/or guardians acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and no-show policy.
